Cooperation rules:
To obtain the status of an ERC business partner, it is necessary to meet certain requirements and conclude relevant agreements and treaties. A parol agreement is binding prior to the conclusion of the formal treaty.
General rules

- Partners showing sales growth in volume and product range together with ERC, while not creating price conflicts in the sales channel but promoting the products and solutions offered, receive an appropriate level of support from the ERC.

- To obtain business partner status, you must meet the following requirements:

- Comply with contractual obligations and payment discipline.

- Have a sales infrastructure that allows for growth or significant and stable purchase volumes every quarter and annually.

  • Promote recommended pricing policy.
  • Expand the range of products and services offered, not limited to narrow product groups.
  • A business partner may be provided with access parameters to a special part of the B2B ERC website with additional information and consulting services. In case of failure to fulfil the agreed requirements, the further rationale for provision of such access is reconsidered.
  • In case of non-compliance with the terms of cooperation on volumes, recommendations on sales methods, etc., the business partner should receive a notification from the lead manager with a proposal to improve such conditions over the specified period.
  • The first quarter of cooperation is a test for both parties. At quarter-end, the lead manager may consider necessary holding an in-person meeting to summarize and search for further common prospects.
  • Parties have the right to terminate the Partnership Agreement in accordance with the clauses of this agreement.
For an individual –
entrepreneurs

Please fill in the request form in the section «For New Business Partners». After receiving it, an authorized representative will contact you to discuss all the terms and conditions of cooperation or appoint a further personal meeting. We reserve the right not to respond to individual applications that do not meet the basic essential criteria.

In some cases, an authorized ERC representative may insist on the provision of notarized copies of constituent documents and a certificate of registration of a legal entity, a certificate from the Tax Inspectorate about the absence of delinquent taxes and mandatory payments to budgets of all levels and extra budgetary funds, certificates from the future partner`s bank about his capacity to pay, a certified copy of the balance sheet for the last reporting period.

At the beginning of the cooperation, other data and documents in accordance with the internal regulations of the ERC are required. For example, a list of persons admitted to the system of orders and the ERC`s B2B website information system, or a list of persons admitted to receiving goods from the warehouse.

At the end of the test period and after the fulfilment of all obligations, business partners get the access to the full information of the B2B part of the ERC website and the possibility to place orders via ERC online system. In addition, gain the possibility to use operational information about the status, presence of products at the warehouse and to the plan and schedule of goods arrival, track price trends, news, special offers, as well as other important information that will facilitate active cooperation.

Partners who have met with all these requirements and provided the required package of documents will have received a determent of payment conditions and/or a commodity loan, depending on the quality and growth rate, compliance of payment discipline and with ERC requirements.

All details and other proposals are discussed further at the personal meeting.
