Contact frame purpose
An auxiliary accessory for installing CPU cooling systems on Intel Socket LGA1700 motherboards.

The CPU contact frame has a special internal contour that helps to shift the contact pressure from the center of the processor to the outer areas during the assembly process. This avoids the concave curvature of the IHS (Integrated Heat Sink) and improves the contact of the base of the processor cooling system, which helps to increase the contact surface for removing excess heat.
